9/12/2019 Spec D Tuning
On October XX XXXX I bought some headlights from them. One light went out then now the other and the small lights stopped working.Item. bought on Order XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX for 187.98. Paid with MasterCard ending in. We has a light go out, I went to the store and bought a new bulb and nothing it wasn't the bulb now I had on the same light the high beam go out. The small lights come on and go when ever they want.
I send them an email asking for help and they said they are sorry but it's out of the 90 day warranty. They have a lot of bad reviews and I should have seen that but I missed it. When did the first issue appear?
This does sound like an issue that arouse when the customer had used to lights a lot. Correctly replacing bulbs would be the best fix of this. As a company, we stand by out product but heavy use of a product to the point where it breaks is not our fault. Just like a new phone, the battery life will die down over time and this is a fact that you cannot avoid.

Technology is fickle and we cannot be expected to make something that can withstand heavy usage to a customer. The 90 day warranty will be final, we will not be able to help. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Car was driven less than 3k miles since i bought those lights as this is a spare car for us, not a daily driver. I did try to replace the light with no luck and now the second light (high beam) is gone as well. Customer service at its finest 'we will not be able to help', You sell a crap product and refuse to stand be behind it, shame on me.

Since you had confirmed that since out of the box, the lights were working, and that you have had the lights in your possession for roughly 7 months, we are not able to determine the cause of the issue. We do stand behind out products but because there is so many underlying reasons that could have been a cause of the issue, we are not able to directly assist with this issue. If for example, you had a spider crack, or the protective coating was peeling, we would replace your light in a heartbeat. If this issue had come up within even 4 months of usage where you are just out of warranty, we would still help out.

Electrical on cars isn't complicated, and this product failed because of the boards which are a direct result of a manufacturing problem.
I also love how you use the term seven months when the car has only had one month of actual usage again speaks to the severe lack of customer focus in your company, and while I don't think people will read this until it's too late, I am hoping they do. To be crystal clear this company does not stand behind their product nor have they even made an effort to solve this problem other than blaming the customer.
